Activities clubs for kids

Activity mail is for the child who wants to do something rather than be read to: crafts, puzzles, recipes, experiments and paper to cut up. It is the category with the widest quality range, because an envelope of printed worksheets and an envelope with real craft materials in it are sold with the same words.

The question to ask is how much of the activity is already in the box. A club that includes the pipe cleaners, the paper and the glue dots gets used on the day it arrives. A club that gives you instructions and a shopping list mostly does not.
