What we collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and collects the usual: pages viewed, rough location, device type. We do not use it to build profiles of individuals and we do not run advertising on this site.

Forms. If you claim a listing, submit a club, leave a review or join the newsletter, we collect what you type into the form. Those forms are hosted by Tally, so your submission is stored on their systems as well as reaching us by email. We use what you send only to do the thing you asked for.

Newsletter. Email address only. One-click unsubscribe in every message. We do not sell or share the list.

What we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect any information from or about children. Reviews and claims are for adults. Please do not send us information about a child — we do not want it and we will delete it.

Reviews

When you leave a review we publish your first name, your rating and your words. We ask for your email so we can verify a real person left it, and whether you are a subscriber so we can mark verified reviews — neither is published.

This directory links out to club websites. Once you click through, that club's privacy policy applies, not ours.

Write to hello@kidsmailclubs.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will do it.
