What this site is

An independent directory of children's mail subscription clubs. We are not affiliated with the clubs listed here, with one exception we disclose plainly: we run Mailbox Melodies. See About.

Accuracy

We check every listing against the club's own website and show the date we checked. Clubs change their prices, contents and shipping without telling us. Always confirm details on the club's own site before you buy. We are not responsible for out-of-date information, though we would very much like to know about it: hello@kidsmailclubs.com.

Transactions

You buy from the clubs, never from us. We take no commission on the links here, hold no payment details, and have nothing to do with fulfillment, refunds or disputes. Those are between you and the club.

Reviews

Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them. We moderate for abuse, spam and obvious fakery, and we remove reviews we cannot stand behind. We do not remove reviews because a club asked us to.

Listings

We may list a club based on public information. Any club can have its listing corrected or removed on request — see Claim. We may decline or remove a listing at our discretion.

What you send us

If you send us a logo, a photo or a description through the claim or submission forms, you keep owning it. You are telling us you have the right to send it, and giving us permission to show it on this site and in our newsletter. That permission ends when you ask us to stop — write to hello@kidsmailclubs.com and we will take it down, usually the same day.

Photographs on listings

Some listings show a photograph taken from the club's own website, credited to the club and linked back to them. We host our own copy rather than drawing on the club's bandwidth. If you run a club and would rather we used a different picture, or none, tell us and we will change it — see Claim. No argument, no delay.

No promises about the site itself

This directory is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be complete, current, or available at any particular moment, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it or from anything you buy from a club you found here.

Changes

We update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top moves when we do, and anything significant gets a line in the newsletter.

Kids Mail Clubs is operated from the United States and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions: hello@kidsmailclubs.com.

Content

The writing, descriptions and design here are ours. Club names, logos and trademarks belong to the clubs. Quote us with a link; do not republish the directory wholesale.
