Where they differ

Both are letters, activities and stickers clubs. Past that they pull apart: Little Letters Club also covers books & magazines, while The Adventure Letters adds travel.

Little Letters Club is the cheaper of the two — $11/mo against $12.99/mo, roughly 15% less on a monthly basis. Whether that gap means anything depends on what turns up: the dearer club is not automatically sending more, and on a gift the up-front total matters more than the monthly figure.

They arrive on different rhythms. Little Letters Club comes monthly; The Adventure Letters comes twice a month. More frequent post is not automatically better — it is more to keep up with, and for some children the wait is part of it.

The age ranges differ too: Little Letters Club is pitched at ages 3–6, The Adventure Letters at ages 8–13. Match the reading level rather than the birthday — a child who cannot yet read the letter alone needs an adult in the loop either way.

What each one sends

Little Letters Club

A themed monthly letter addressed to the child with activities, book recommendations and a recipe, plus two or three small extras such as stickers or a coloring page. Also included is a "Pass It On" postcard featuring artwork by other club families, meant to be sent along to someone else. Letters mail on the 15th for the following month.

The Adventure Letters

Two letters a month, mailed the second and fourth Friday, telling a continuing story about US geography and travel. Each envelope includes stickers, scrapbook pages, conversation cards and the occasional small gift. US shipping is free; there is no international option.

Which one to pick

We are not going to pretend there is a winner here — they are close enough to be on the same shortlist, which is why this page exists. What we would say is that the choice usually turns on the household rather than the club: how much adult time there is, whether the child reads independently yet, and whether you want post that asks something of them or post that simply arrives.
